Dr. Saron has completed extensive research on generations in the workplace. Current coaching methods actually transcend age. The generation variables that change in a coach/mentor relationship are communication preference and teamwork perceptions.

A block of rooms is being held for SNA-WI attendees until February 18, 2012. The conference registration fee does not include room reservations; you must call the hotel directly. The rate cannot be guaranteed after this date, call early!
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds must be in writing.
A $30 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations received after February 27, 2012, but not less than 72 hours prior to the conference. There will be no refunds without a 72-hour notice of cancellation.
