Direct all aspects of the Messmer Catholic Schools Dining Service Department for A’viands Food and Services Management.

Compensation:

36,999-40,999 with Bonus and Benefit Package

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous 2 years Institutional Management--School Foodservice Preferred.  Culinary Knowledge and Passion.  Demonstrated Fiscal and HR Competencies.  Demonstrated ability to communicate on all levels.  Strong, proven leadership skills.  MS Office Computer Applications.  Food Managers License-State of Wisconsin.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in:   Menu Development and Program Marketing, Food and Supply Preparation and Production, Quality Assurance/HAACP, Catering and Promotions, Staff Recruitment, Training and Evaluation.
