Update Your Contact Information

If you need to update anything on your account, or have not yet received your new membership ID card by mail, you can resolve the situation one of two ways:

Option 1: Log into "My Account" and click on "Member Record" to view a summary of your SNA Member Record, edit your contact information and more.

Option 2: Contact the SNA Service Center:
